BNP Paribas Arval, the BNP group's leasing arm and one of the sector's leading operators in Spain, was looking for a new digital channel to drive electric-vehicle adoption across its portfolio.
The diagnosis drew on eleven internal interviews plus one expert, a competitor benchmark and analysis of Spain's EV market — 600,000 BEV+PHEV on the road against the PNIEC target of 5.5M by 2030.
The co-creation workshop prioritised against four criteria — impact, market, technological maturity and feasibility — and ruled out initiatives with high overlap with the existing portfolio. The prioritised initiative was Mobility One: an EV-adoption self-assessment for the end customer.
